Many of our services and supports will help you to maintain and enhance your emotional and physical wellbeing through engaging in a valued role in community. The more supported you feel, the more likely it is that your wellbeing will increase, along with your confidence and resilience.
To help you to develop the life skills needed for daily living we also offer support in areas such as accessing employment, support with workplace orientation. Training can be provided either individually or through shared activities. It focuses on increasing your capability and competency in everyday areas such as communication, social interaction, financial management, problem solving and travel.
